What are your business hours?
We are open from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM Monday through Friday and 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. The reason for the short hours is this is a side business done after regular business hours. Because of that, we're able to provide support to our clients at extremely affordable prices.
Can a technician come and pick up my PC instead of me dropping it off ?
Yes, if you are within 10 miles from our shop we can do pick ups and drop offs. The charge is $15 each way.
Do you offer any type of "warranty" from the work you do on my PC ?
We guarantee the service we do on your PC will fix the problem or you'll get your money back.
Do you offer any yearly service plans?
Yes, we offer yearly service plans where you can get an unlimited type of service for a fixed amount for the entire year. You can view the plans here.
Which areas of the DC metro area do you provide services?
If you are dropping off your PC, it doesn't matter where you're from. If we have to pick it up at your home or office, then there is a 10 mile limit. Usually anywhere within the beltway is acceptable.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, cash, paypal or major credit cards (via paypal). You can pay by credit card here.
What do I do if the service I need is not listed in the 'services & rates' page ?
The services listed in that page are the most common services that our clients have requested over the years. If the service you need is not listed there, just contact us and we will take care of it from there.
How long does it take for a technician to service my computer?
It usually takes no longer than 48 hours. Most of the time we will have it ready the next day but on rare occasions it may take longer and of course you will be notified ahead of time if that's the case.
